Best estate agent for selling contemporary house?

We're looking for a good local estate agent to sell our contemporary / architect designed house in Dulwich.

It has quite a few unusual features - any recommendations of agents with a bit more imagination / enthusiasm than the usual ones? We know of the specialist ones such as 'The Modern House' and 'Urban Spaces' but they deal with properties all over London and further afield and don't really know the Dulwich / East Dulwich area.

A friend of mine sold a contemporary flat via Winkworths Dulwich a while ago and thought they were quite good, if that's any help?
