Looking for an ad-hoc room to rent

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone might have a spare room available to let out on an ad-hoc basis?

I was based in London for ten years and moved out to Margate about 5 years ago and while I work from home quite often I'm needing

to be in London on occasion and having a room available would be really useful. I must stress it would be pretty ad hoc, sometimes multiple nights a week sometimes none.

I'd be happy to pay per night so I'm thinking this would probably suit someone who was after some extra income but not wanting a full time lodger.
