Hello! Are you expecting a baby locally? Would you like to meditate with other mums to be, tool up to boost low mood, reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep and access the parasympathetic nervous system, aiding soothing and bonding? Meditation has stood the test of time and in combination with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a recommended NHS treatment for postnatal depression. Practiced in pregnancy it provides methods and tools for labour, parenting and beyond; improving health for life.

Please join our new series of workshops on Mindfulness and Wellbeing in pregnancy at Yogarise Peckham. Prepare for birth and beyond, weaving your parachute before you need it and gathering a support network at the same time.
