I looked up their reviews on Trust Pilot, out of interest, and found yours there!

To be fair to them, it does look as if they are resolving this for you?

Hi Sue,

Thank you for your post. You can read what they are writing, but you cannot experience the facts.

radiators4u.co.uk has not yet given satisfactory resolution. I just want a full refund so I can go to a more reputable radiator trader and move on. Still that will leave me out of pocket plumber fees twice and the time wasted

I think if you read further trustpilot reviews you would see quite a few radiators4u.co.uk cases similar to mine.
