Buildings Insurance for Share of Freehold Flat Required

I live in my flat and I share the freehold with the other flat. It's a typical victorian conversion. We have one buildings insurance policy for the whole building and it's always really expensive, but this can't be an unusual situation. Can anyone recommend any good providers?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
