Short term rental April-July

Hi, we're looking for a 1-2 bedroom for a short term rental as our property in Nunhead is being renovated and won't be habitable. We have to stay nearby as our nearly 2 year old son attends a childminder locally. If anyone is away for a period and would like to make a bit of money we're a clean and responsible family of 3 and would be very grateful. Also no need for it to cover the whole time period as we can piece together dates :)
