plumber needed for SE18 area

Hi - I have a property in SE18 and am struggling to find a local plumber with recommendations.

Can anyone help?

I have what I hope is just a small job, both hot taps in the kitchen and bathroom only run cold. The flat is the 2nd floor of a purpose built block and the heating is unaffected.

If this is out of your area can anyone suggest what may be causing the issue so I can have an idea where to start with someone who I find in the yellow pages.

Are the hot taps running from a hot water cylinder or from a boiler?
