Scaffolding/Building Issue - Any recommendations for solicitors who can help in this field?

Hello,

I have been trying for several months to get some scaffolding that was erected at our renovation removed, with no luck. Despite the company telling me on multiple occasions they are coming, they never actually remove it. It's now causing huge delays and have no choice but to seek legal action.

If anyone has experience with a good solicitor who may be able to help or can provide any advice on this I'd be most grateful.

Currently at wits end!

Thanks,

Becky

    • Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂
    • Can you share your ideas for the site, please? So the residents can have an idea of what your ideas/plans consist of.
    • I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking  to Dulwich Village?
