Gorgeous wooden Dollhouse for sale. Handmade, painted and interiors by Father Christmas from a kit. One careful owner. House also comes with a box of assorted furniture and accessories. House measures Height (to top of roof) 70cm, width 70cm, depth 38cm. Overall condition excellent, just needs a little light refurb, there's a stain on the blue carpet, it's easy to buy another piece of dollhouse carpet and replace it. I'm asking £60 for the house & furniture. Buyer to collect from Goose Green roundabout end of Lordship Lane. Cash on collection please.

  If you mean the area immediately adjacent to the water, I have never seen either a dog or a human in there. Surely it would be extremely difficult for someone - or their dog - to get over the fence (I thought they were iron railings. Are we talking about different parts of the pond/lake?)

  Dogs can't read and some owners don't bother to, I'm afraid. Too many seem to think that rules don't apply to them. Or their charges.

  There were 3 about an hour ago. I had thought the area around the lake over the low fence was a no dog area.
