Small carpentry job

Hi, I'm looking for a carpenter/handyman to help cut a piece of plywood to size to make it fit as a shelf into a cupboard. I had it measured wrongly and it's about 2mm too wide. I tried sandpapering and a wood plane but it's still too wide. Would also love some help hanging up the brackets for the shelves, and hanging up a few frames.
