Bch
Hello, we are 2 local residents who have just had a bit of a shock. Our future landlord has decided that due to a family dispute they are having they cannot actually fulfil our tenancy. We were told this this afternoon (13th) with our tenancy due to start on Wednesday (15th). Clearly we are in shock and scrambling to have a roof over our heads.I am a local teacher and Elliott is a professional photographer. We are good friends and very easy-going, considerate people. If you know of anything within the SE22 / SE15 area or nearby please let us know asap. THANK YOUBen Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/322252-urgent-house-needed/ Share on other sites
Jules-and-Boo
Did you have a tenancy agreement signed? if so it is legally binding and they cannot just change their mind.Have you given notice to your current landlord that you are moving out? Or were you issued a S21 notice? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/322252-urgent-house-needed/#findComment-1613398 Share on other sites
