UPVC window - small repair job

Have a window which has a broken piece of plastic against which the window levers itself in to stay shut, as a result of which there is a permanent draught as the window won't fully close.

I want this replaced else temporarily removed so I can glue it back together.

Hinge is also bit dodgy, want this looking at

lease pm me if interested.
