Hello,

I am assisting two families to find accommodation:

Family 1.: 5 members seeking a 4 bedroom property within 45 minutes bus ride to North Dulwich,

Home required from mid November.

At current rates, they will be eligible for the following financial support from Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham in the form of the Local Housing Allowance: approx £2,150 per month. By November it is hoped that they can contribute approx. £250/month to the rent. So maximum rent £2,400 for 4 bedrooms.

They will receive a very good reference from their current landlord after a 2 year tenancy.

Family 2: 6 members seeking a 3 bedroom property within 30 minute bus ride to East Dulwich,

Home URGENTLY required from 1st MAY.

At current rates, they will be eligible for the following financial support from Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham in the form of the Local Housing Allowance: approx £1,550 per month. By November it is hoped that they can contribute approx. £350/month to the rent. So maximum rent £1,900 for 3 bedrooms.

They will receive a very good reference from their current Sponsor after a 5 year tenancy.

Please send me a private message if you can offer a suitable rental property at either of these rate.

    • I don't understand this, probably my fault. I thought the Crown offices were going to close completely and the  services they provided were going to be moved to local shops with space for a sub post office. But if the Post Office is  seeking franchisees for the Crown offices, that implies that the offices themselves would stay. But if they are not profitable for the Post Office, how could they become profitable for a franchisee?
    • I mean... the name alone is a bit of a red flag
    • Hi all, if you see this “charity” We R Blighty, who collect for homeless veterans, do not give them money. I saw them outside M&S on Lordship Lane this week. They are under investigation by Kent police, they do not donate the majority of your money, rather they pocket up to 60%.  Article from iNews
    • Recommendation for Gary the plumber. I found his details on another thread before I signed up to EDF but can't seem to find that thread now. Had a long term issue where I had used a few plumbers who weren't able to rectify my problem. Called Gary on the off chance & what a relief it's fixed. A massive thank you. Nice bloke, friendly & ran me through everything he did. Kept the cost low for me. His number is now saved in my phone. Gary Johnson  = 07882642799
