Fantastically warm, extremely thick 100% merino wool leggings/trousers by Disana, from Mama Owl.

Cannot recommend these enough! Probably the warmest trousers that exist for little ones, perfect for playing on cold floors .etc.

2 pairs, 1 rose pink, 1 lime green

"Disana's classic wool leggings/trousers. Thick, sturdy, but flexible, they are perfect for  keeping kids warm and come in a range of great colours. Very warm and dirt resistant,  they are perfect for playing outside. Please note these are very generous and not tight leggings. They are designed for the waist to sit high."

  Looking at the link @hfoster posted above I think it is a matter of law, but obviously most people wouldn't see as any kind of issue for kids under 12 months. Once some busybody makes a complaint though, the cinema probably have little choice but to apply the strict letter of the law.
