Personal Trainer/Activities for Elderly Couple

Hello! I am new to the forum and hoping I can get some help please. I'm looking into some activities (local park walking clubs, gardening in the park etc) for an elderly couple who live in SE22. The wife of the couple has Alzheimer's and they are both in their late 70s.

Does anybody know of a personal trainer or similar who might be able to get them out and about locally? Many thanks!

You could also try Southwark Pensioner’s Centre in Camberwell Green who provide a range of activities, advice etc.
