Pre paid cremations

I've seen adverts recently (and they have been around for a while) for pre paid cremations.

I am amused by their trustpilot ratings (4 stars plus) who is rating them? People who've had a successful cremations ( if so how) or people who haven't been cremated yet but are happy with the sales process🤔

Either way does the trustpilot review give confidence?

My mother arranged one last year before the prices went up. She doesn't want a funeral. She seems pleased with the ease of arranging it.

That's sort of the point, the trustpilot ratings appears to be about the sales process and not the overall experience including a cremation. 🤔
