Beogram (1981) 2402 stereo turntable, 33/45RPM record player in working order.

Some trivia on this record player: The Beogram 2402 was a revised version of the Beogram 2400, altered and updated in the same way that the Beogram 2202 had been. By the time the Beogram 2402 had been introduced, a remote-controllable turntable using the new microprocessor controlled “Datalink” system, the Beogram 8000, had been announced. Having two competing systems of remote control between components in the range was confusing, and in the following year both this and Beogram 2202 were dropped.

  well - if we were to take this forum as an example then, certainly back in the day, the opposite was true. Monthly forum drinks were held and grew exponentially for a year or two. I personally met dozens of people I'm still in contact with despite many of us being blown away by the wind. Even people who I clashed violently with - there was one writer (sadly passed away a few years back) who was so aggressive I arranged to meet them at the EDT one on one - and she was lovely.
