1 bed Housing Association flat on Harlescott Rd to swap

We have a beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor flat with sole use of a big garden in a Victorian house on the highly desirable Harlescott Rd in Nunhead, SE15.

We have lived here very happily for 17 years and will be very sad to leave but we now have a child and are looking to swap our flat for a HA/council home with 2/3 bedrooms in the area.

Our flat includes 1 large double bedroom, large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and a large storage space under the stairs. There are high ceilings, a bay window at the front, central heating & double glazing throughout the property.

We live on an extremely friendly, very quiet street with lovely neighbours. The property comes with Right to Buy. There is just one person living in the flat upstairs. We are surrounded by beautiful green spaces within easy walking distance, 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye park, 1 minute walk to Nunhead Cemetery, 10 mins walk to One Tree Hill woods. Ivydale school is 1 minute walk away.

Photos on request.

Global issues all play their own parts (as they do with other countries) but the UK govt had  been especially abject for years. Improvements could not be made with them in power. That's not to say everything is all roses when they go To claim parties shouldn't try and sell themselves in an election is absurd - but if labour did overpromise or dig into specifics (which they partly couldn't because they didn't have their hands on the books) then we live in a country where a population and media is happy to punch on them and relect the shabby last govt I mean if any argument I made was supported by some posters I would rethink it but thats just me
