Damp in Lower Ground Floor - Recommendations?

Bad inherited DIY job in lower ground floor needs fixing and as it is damp, before we start the whole renovation process of this floor.

I'm looking for a company that can give a professional damp advice and most likely removal of old plaster, damp proofing and replastering of two rooms and hall.
