Family ISO of rental property beginning July 2023

Hello,

We will be relocating to the area from overseas (USA) from June/July 2023 and looking for a rental property. We are a family of four (kids aged 5 and 7), non-smoking, no pets, clean and conscientious! Preferably looking for a 3br flat or house but would also consider a 2 br if it was generally spacious (i.e. enough for a desk in the living space) and/or had a garden. Either furnished or unfurnished could work.
