Box Fit is back at PUSH Studios starting on Tuesday 10th January with amateur heavy weight Tiger Lewis and Linda Davidson. All levels of fitness welcome - modifications available. Excellent for improving cardiovascular health, strength and coordination. Bring some water and trainers.

7pm - 6 week course £63

8.10pm drop in session £11.50/class

  B & Q stores do a cutting service Anything you buy from store - get five free cuts if you bring your own wood it’s about a pounds for a certain number of cuts ( check number in store or on website , I’m not sure of exact details)
