Free taster session of DISCO FIT at PUSH Studios on Wednesday 11th Jan at 8.05pm. If fully booked please join the waitlist as there will no doubt be cancellations.

Using uplifting hits from different decades come and join us for a full body, easy to follow workout. Get your heart rate going with some party beats and then move into a longer routine and hone those disco moves, finishing with a stretch, chill and cool down. Expect a fun and exhilarating evening! All levels of fitness welcome. Bring some water and trainers. Disco Fit will continue on a Wednesday evening at £11.50/class:

  Cuppa with a copper must be an ongoing initiative - was walking in the village a few weeks ago and saw a posting - thinking about it, good way for locals to discuss their concerns especially if they are single people, families and older folk who have concerns but unclear where or who to contact to address their concerns. Bringing community spirit back to areas in London - and showing a police presence if only for a few hours a month.
