I've had it for a couple of years and used about 6 times. It's easy to use and effective, and smaller than having a full sous vide immersion machine. You just plug it in, put it in a large pan with your vack packed food and set the temperature, it will hold that temperature to 0.1c and circulate the water to evenly cook your food. It's brilliant for things like steak and duck breast etc.

Selling for £20, only selling as I got a multi-function device at Christmas which can do the same thing.
