Wanted: 6-12 month flat/house rental

Hi there, my boyfriend and I are looking for a place to rent in the East Dulwich/Peckham/Nunhead (open to suggestions!) area from mid January for about 6 months, but hopefully less than 12. We currently live in the area and after having sold my own flat we're looking for a home until we can find a permanent base. We're in our 30s/40s so very much looking for a comfortable place that we can look after and call home for a wee while.

2 bedrooms ideal, but a large 1 bed would probably suffice. Outdoor space not a deal breaker. Flexible budget!
