Side gates

My elderly neighbour was recently burgled and it shook him up quite a bit. They got into his house while he was sleeping. They came in through the back garden via the side access so we've decided to get some security gates fitted in the side alley between our two houses. Can anyone recommend someone who could build and install them? They need to be quite tall and robust.
