They claimed not to be able to find me even though they'd delivered to me before, and I was also standing on the street looking for them and texting them! They then said they'd left the food - well it was nowhere on the whole street. They are now charging me for the delivery. At GBK they said there'd been lots of complaints like this and when I look on Trustpilot, loads of people saying their food was taken or never delivered. Anyway be warned. And if anyone has tips on how to get my money back let me know. Have lodged a complaint! I'll never use them again. Even with a refund, I wasn't happy because I eventually found the food on another doorstep! They had been on the phone telling me they're in my road driving up and down. I was in the (short) road and they were not! On confirmation of the order they gave me a number code which I had to tap into delivery driver's machine [smart phone??] in order for driver to hand over my meal.
