Sydney Carton
Can someone remind me which current shop at the Plough used to (and hopefully still has) all the old tiles. It was an old butcher's shop, maybe a Kennedys? It briefly became a butcher shop again in 2012/13Ta Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/319289-butchers-at-the-plough/ Share on other sites

Sydney Carton
Thanks but which of the current shops was it? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/319289-butchers-at-the-plough/#findComment-1605565 Share on other sites
emu
I think it was the left half of the current hardware shop, but could be wrong . No original tiles visible anywhere possibly dry lining covering them or stripped out during the refurb. MrsR
The butchers was at 350 Lordship Lane. Was Hawkins picture framing shop. Not sure if the tiles you are referring to are still in situ.
