It's being replaced with carpet to comply with the flat's lease. The underlay and edge beading is included. The room is 4.25 x 3.26 metres minus the chimney (1.81 x 0.36m) plus an extra bit on two stairs, overall 14.02 square metres approximately. There are scratches and dents but with a rug on top it still looks beautiful. If you want to see it before it's taken up, you'll need to come this evening or tomorrow morning.
