Property managers in dulwich

Any recommendations for senior/quality agents to manage rental property in dulwich and give view on possible rent and required improvements etc? It's our family home so more keen on experienced agent and quality tenant than the most rent.

I don't want a 20 something year old who's doing it until they can do something better.

Try Daisy Lets or Roy Brooks, both are independent type agents.

My tip would be to stress that you want long-term tenants (assuming that you do), thus avoiding regular change of tenants and resultant rental voids and agents fees. Say, a minimum 2 year contract...

Thanks. Yep agreed, I would generally sacrifice a bit off the rental amount for long term tenancies and decent tenants who are inclied to give a bit of a sh1t about the property...trying to squeeze every last dollar out of tenents as a landlord usually ends up having a detrimental impacts in my experience...

Global issues all play their own parts (as they do with other countries) but the UK govt had  been especially abject for years. Improvements could not be made with them in power. That's not to say everything is all roses when they go To claim parties shouldn't try and sell themselves in an election is absurd - but if labour did overpromise or dig into specifics (which they partly couldn't because they didn't have their hands on the books) then we live in a country where a population and media is happy to punch on them and relect the shabby last govt I mean if any argument I made was supported by some posters I would rethink it but thats just me
