Seeking a 1 or 1.5 bed property for long term rent

I am looking for a long term, self contained, London flat for occupancy as soon as possible. It is for two Ukrainian adults and one child; the second room could be small. The adults will receive some social funding towards their rent and one of the adults will be on Universal Credit.

I can vouch for their honesty, integrity, respectability and cleanliness as well as their determination to become self sufficient. The flat would need to be of good habitable standard, warm, dry, safe, secure and preferably unfurnished.
