Me and my partner, both in our early 30s, are looking for a 1 bedroom flat to rent from the beginning of January 2023. Our budget is maximum £1,500. We have been living in the Nunhead area for past 2 years and we would like to remain if possible, but since the rental market is a little crazy right now, this may prove a little difficult, so we are hoping to find something here before it hits the RightMove/Zoopla 🙈
