Hi All

I have a lovely flat that I list on airbnb and am aware that lots of people in the area contact me for their friends and family to to stay when they are visiting - or if they are in between or renovating their place. I thought it handy to put the link here to promote as well. The flat is available from December 01.

The flat is on Muschamp Rd perfectly located between Lordship Lane and Bellenden Village.

Very happy to discuss medium to longer-term rentals as well, so please feel free to get in touch with any queries and to discuss reduced rates for longer stays. The flat has recently been re-decorated to a high-standard.

Thanks everyone. Best. Phil

Hi. Unfortunately it is booked until 29 November so we could only start from 01 Dec so may not be a good fit then. We generally do £1000 for a 7-day week or if a full month we do all in for £3150. Hopefully this link works.

Hi. Great. My mobile is 07904023943. Happy to chat tomorrow if that suits. So it’s booked out now so the first chance to see it is when we are cleaning it in between people staying. That would be 17 Nov from 10am to 3pm. Would that work? How long are you looking for in terms of weeks? Cheers. P

Global issues all play their own parts (as they do with other countries) but the UK govt had  been especially abject for years. Improvements could not be made with them in power. That's not to say everything is all roses when they go To claim parties shouldn't try and sell themselves in an election is absurd - but if labour did overpromise or dig into specifics (which they partly couldn't because they didn't have their hands on the books) then we live in a country where a population and media is happy to punch on them and relect the shabby last govt I mean if any argument I made was supported by some posters I would rethink it but thats just me
