As part of our second event join Alexia Gazi @artofhart_, interior designer, self taught artist, maker and crafter and aspiring Art Therapist.

Art of the H-art is about learning a new skill and making for mindfulness. Through learning a new craft we significantly strengthen our concentration and memory, we develop an awareness of our surroundings through our chosen craft, we discover and develop our own creativity and we boost our confidence all the while being present.

£39 per session (will last around 90mins)

8.30pm - Hanging Plant Holders
