now REDUCED for quick sale This large fitted wardrobe measures D 65.5cm, L 196cm, H 262cm, should fit most bedrooms in standard Victorian terrace with high ceilings, it is currently in the room overlooking the side return. It fixes to the wall on the right, The wardrobe was fitted on the right hand side so there is only 1 brown veneer side panel on the left, although this could be swapped round, or have another panel cut for the other side if it is going in the middle of the wall. It has frosted glass sliding doors great for space saving and gives the illusion of more space. There are 3 hanging rails and loads of shelves. It holds a lot and is very well made. We are reluctantly getting rid of it as our daughter wants a double bed in her room. It has been dismantled and pictures taken of each stage of this process so it should be easy for a handyman or carpenter to rebuild it in your house. You will need a van to move it, the doors are enormous. Small crack at the bottom of one of the glass, but hardly noticeable. see pic

    • What do you need a solicitor for? What advice do you/they need? Only the courts or the tenants can end a tenancy, the landlord can only require possession. If it is a section 21 that is a "no fault" eviction,  meaning the landlord simply wants their property back vacant. If it is a section 8 it means the landlord requires possession because of rent arrears or some other kind of breach of the tenancy agreement. If there is no notice then it is potentially an illegal eviction. TBH the council are probably likely to advise they stay put until the courts evict them, but that could result in them being allocated emergency accomodation - which could be outside of Southwark and possibly a hotel room or hostel.  As you will be very much aware council housing is rarer than hens teeth in inner London so I would advise this family not to pin thejr hopes on that, they would better off trying to find somewhere more stable to rent privately.
    • If the eviction is coming through an agent, it’s unlikely to be an illegal eviction in which case a solicitor would be an expensive waste of money. Southwark council’s  housing department   gives free advice/help to private tenants. 02075254113

    • Niko is fantastic, he's been my plumber for a few years now. He's honest, reliable, trustworthy and always gives good advice on how to look after your plumbing. In the past Niko has replaced my shower mixer tap, kitchen sink tap and cleared a sink blockage etc. I would definitely recommend Niko, he always does a fantastic job and takes pride in his work. Niko is the only  plumber I would call, really nice guy, always makes me laugh. His number is; 07818 607583. Thanks, Harj
