"Spencer" Upright piano [claimed]

Hi. I'm helping my elderly mum downsize and so have a Spencer upright piano to give away. Bought in early 90s, it looks good and sounds good. It's been regularly tuned and polished over the years and is in good condition. Comes with stool - tutorial books are also available if wanted.

We would prefer to give this to someone in ED that would make use of it, so please let me know in the replies if that is the case!
