Post office crisis and removal of royal assemt

So I am utterly fed up with the state of our postal service (local and national) so perhaps it is now time for the removal of royal approval and The company responsible for this shit show take responsibility

Do you actually mean Royal Mail who handle, sort, distribute and deliver the mail across the UK. The Post Office do not deliver the mail, they merely act as "agents" collecting mail at Post Offices and selling postage. And what what you like to see replace Royal Mail?
