Pilates one to one classes in East Dulwich

If you live in the Dulwich or Herne Hill area, I am available to teach Pilates private lessons in your own home.

The classes will be structured to meet your personal needs, so are excellent for people who may have injuries or conditions that preclude attendance to a class.

Also great if you have time constrictions, as they can be booked for your own convenience.

I have been teaching Pilates for 22 years in the East Dulwich area.

I originally trained with Alan Herdman, and I also have a BA (Hons) dance and teacher training from Trinity Laban.

Private lessons are just £50 an hour.
