Adult Improvers Ballet Workshop this Wed pm at PUSH Studios

If you used to do ballet as a youngster or have kept up with it and fancy a quick mini workshop, PUSH Studios is running an adult Improvers Ballet mini workshop on Wednesday evening (2nd November) from 8.05pm - 9.05pm with Emma Ferguson. The class will consist of a classical warm up at the barre followed by centre work finishing with a delicious stretch. The class costs only £11 (or using a ballet/cardio class card) and can be booked online at www.pushstudios.co.uk/bookings-online.

PUSH Studios can be found on Blackwater Street, directly behind William Rose Butchers, off Lordship Lane.

  SNTs don't, as you seem to imply, consist of just PCSOs. I've not been to one of these Cuppa things so can't speak of them.
