push Posted October 31, 2022 Share Posted October 31, 2022 If you used to do ballet as a youngster or have kept up with it and fancy a quick mini workshop, PUSH Studios is running an adult Improvers Ballet mini workshop on Wednesday evening (2nd November) from 8.05pm - 9.05pm with Emma Ferguson. The class will consist of a classical warm up at the barre followed by centre work finishing with a delicious stretch.
