Painter / Decorator / Engineered wood floor fitter

I am looking for a reliable and experienced person to repaint my lounge / hall / stairs / landing walls and supply/fit new engineered flooring. I will need a quote in writing and the person will be registered with the FMB. The work can start immediately so I am looking to get quotes in the early part of the coming week.
