Adjustable Adult Punching Ball on stand - Decathlon - excellent condition. Less than one year old and has had minimal usage, hence as new condition. Offers around £45. Retails at £79.99.

Outshock brand. The punching ball is designed to train your punches. The foam ball and sprung, stable metal base guarantee good responsiveness. The height (125 - 155 cm) can be easily adjusted using the wheel on the central metal shaft. The base is currently filled with 50 kg of sand. Base diameter is 50 cm.

  Yes, slim (width) washing machines in U.K. just don’t seem to exist, unless top-loaders. Possibly something to do with optimum drum size I suspect.
