FREE outdoor guinea pig hutch GONE

Recommended Posts

Gone.

We no longer have guinea pigs as pets and so have an outdoor hutch to give away.

If local to Sydenham area (SE26, near Sydenham station) I could offer delivery for a small donation/bottle of wine (?).

Outdoor hutch (FREE) - double height hutch with ramp, internal size about 106cm by 40cm, purchased 2nd hand from rescue center so condition is fair, but still functioning (best suited to no more than 2 guinea pigs). Comes with rain cover and we have fitted thermal wool insulation between hutch and raincover. Internally, the upper floor could do with better fixing (small repair would be helpful), but certainly works currently.

I will also give away the pictured accessories:

plastic tub for hay/toilet area, scoop, treat balls, dustpan and brush, and 2 really useful hard microwave disc warmers - these stay warm all night and can be used in the hutch in the colder nights.

Actually, I can't seem to attach the 3 photos, so send me your email if you'd like to see the pictures.

    • I love pound stores too, though I don't buy food there,  but despite going into this one several times since it opened, I have found nothing that I either wanted or couldn't get cheaper somewhere else, even at Christmas. All I have bought there was a pack of mealworms for the birds (dried, obviously 😀). I've been very disappointed, as I've had some great bargains from pound shops over the years - some of which have even survived my decluttering. As for the pricing, that's very poor management and customer service - both for having the wrong prices in the first place, and then refusing to honour them. As is having nobody on the shop floor to take the money. How on earth could that happen? I understand that the staff may be poorly paid, but that doesn't mean you don't have to do your job properly. This place is in a prime position, and personally I hope it closes down and we get something better. Preferably not another expensive clothes shop though 😀
    • Another recommendation for Paul. I had a couple of small lighting issues, an outside light that needed wiring up properly as it was tripping fuses and a ceiling light that that needed diagnostics. Paul responded to my message within the hour and came round the same morning and fixed everything. Lovely guy and would absolutely use again. Paul Edgley 07802 627967
    • It serves its purpose and saves you a few quid here and there. Never had a bad experience or poor service when shopping there. Why?
