We are letting our recently renovated house on Forest Hill Road, SE22 (near Peckham Rye) on a short term basis as we're looking to sell.

I was wondering if any local families were interested before I put it on Airbnb? It would suit someone who is having renovations done in their home or waiting for a sale to close.

The house has a large open plan kitchen/diner, sitting room, three bedrooms (two double, one single), a bathroom, separate toilet and a garden and is fully furnished.
