Hello,

We have been let down by Hammonds who sold us shelves that were "ornamental" and couldn't hold heavier objects... really helpful.

We are looking for someone to come and measure make and fit some floating shelves in our living room areas and then quote for some work in other areas of the house as well. E.g. a boiler cupboard, under stair storage and under sink storage.

If anyone know of anyone reliable and can recommend someone please DM me.

  Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.

  Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
