Welcome to a series of new well-being events in Dulwich. Bringing you the very best practitioners, teachers and experts to your doorstep, curated by Kerry Flower, qualified yoga teacher and trained in nutrition, breathing and meditation.


For our first event join Jayne Ellis @hightimesyoga, Crystal bowl practitioner and Kundalini teacher for a deep relaxation session. Unleashing ancient sound technology and science using the vibrations of Alchemy crystal bowls to experience the healing power of sound.

    • AI Agents. I have been getting into the weeds of them. Turns out they can be VERY good at finding out about posters and their patterns. This should be fun.
    • Just had a brilliant class on the reformer machine at Casa Core - a great instructor and fantastic equipment in a beautiful space. I hope people support the place and that it becomes established - an asset for E Dulwich
