Local singer-songwriter Jon Magidsohn is back at the Ivy House, Nunhead on Thursday 6 October. With his five piece band Jon will feature songs from his 2020 release 'A World Without Corners', described by music journalist Martin Aston as "Inhabiting a world that sounds adjacent to the soft-rock of ‘70s California and more contemporary versions of that timeless sound, there’s a conviction, sophistication and depth to Jon’s tangled songs and voice.”

Opening act Kam, singer-songwriter from Peckham.

Tickets £9 in advance (£12 at the door) available on Skiddlehttps://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/London/Ivy-House-/Jon-Magidsohn---A-World-Without-Corners-Live/36140183/

    • Scaffold  pole - 6-8ft long. I need a couple for a project.   Any lying about and abandoned at a place near you?
    • Please let me know if you have any pallets that you would like to be taken away.  Thank you.
    • Luckily that is an old closed telephone exchange building,  rather than someone's house.
    • Seriously though, I hope nobody was harmed in the making of that, because they must have veered right across the road before crashing, and only just avoided the tree. They must have been going pretty fast. Asleep at the wheel? Medical issue? Drunk? Young or stupid people messing about with a stolen car? (Apologies to young people, I know most of you aren't reckless). It was lucky they didn't hit something going in the opposite direction ( at least, I assume/hope they didn't) before they went over the wall. But I'm confused, because the broken part of the wall is in front of the car. Did they reverse in an attempt to get the car off the wall, and then made things worse? 😮
