Teen classes at JAGS Sports Club for just £1!

At JAGS Sports Club, there are a number of weekly classes specifically crafted with teens in mind! These sessions focus on a developing a healthy attitude to body and mind, whilst providing a safe environment for exercise.


This month, non members can join teen classes for just £1! Call the Club on 020 8613 6500 to book up to one week in advance - early booking is recommended. Choose from any of the following sessions:


Mondays Teen Yoga at 6-7pm

Wednesdays Teen Cycle at 6.15-6.45pm

Thursdays Teen Box at 6-7pm

Saturdays Youth Gym at 2-2.45pm (in the main gym with cardio and resistance training equipment)

Youth Gym at 3 - 3.45pm (in the free weights gym)


Suitable for ages 12-17 years.
