Up00cycled

Recommended Posts

This lovely antique footstool has 6 turned legs and is very sturdy.

It has been re-upholstered in Marimekko unikko fabric, which looks lovely in most rooms.

It can be used as a footstool or as a room centrepiece. Suitable for a bedroom, study, living room etc

The wood has been re-treated for woodworm as there are a few small (very old) holes in the base.

Dimensions:

Length 120cm

Width 33cm

Height 23cm

£150 bargain price ( Ikea sell modern ones for £220)

    • I use Ancestry as my main tree base, but also have found Trove (a free Australian service) amazing if you have Aus/NZ ancestors. Sometimes a google of a name brings back surprises, especially for war service, etc. I built up a very good Australian and NZ section of my tree for free using google initially for one name which took me to Trove, where I stayed for ages, and this was before I started looking for the UK-based ancestors on Ancestry.
