Mothercare rocking crib - £10

Jeasure

Recommended Posts

Great wooden crib with a gliding / rocking action to help settle baby (it can also be set to be stationary).

Crib comes apart with the base coming apart from the crib, and the crib breaking down into the two sides and ends.

Can also be supplied with a John Lewis mattress and sheets if required.

Used but in a very good condition.

Collection only

    • The Lordship Lane branch didn't have any decent stationery even when it opened, if memory serves. Once upon a time, you used to be able to get pretty good  notebooks in pound shops, and cheap drawing pads for kids. I imagine they are laid out like that to make the best use of space - more shelving for products and fewer aisles?
    • I was joking, sorry, that probably wasn't obvious. I'm not sure I agree with culling aka killing loads of  anything (except things carrying diseases like malaria etc), but I don't know enough about it to be able to say.
    • So ... this begs the question, is it OK to cull those who are neither intelligent or pretty?
    • I've only been in the store once as I found the layout of the shelving units that go from side to side rather than front to back unfriendly and off-putting and does not draw the customer in.
