Car vandalised

Has anyone had any problems with car vandelism/paintwork damage when road parked near Goose Green? My friends car was badly damaged and they are worried it might happen again.

It would be very helpful to know if others have had the same experience.

thats disgusting my husbands car was broken into and they broke the glove apartment and is costing ?110 it is a mercedes

Without meaning to sound like a smart arse that's why you should never bother locking the glove box. Just don't leave anything expensive in there!

Everyone knows you don't leave expensive items Inside a glove box. First rule of parking a car.

It's a tight squeeze around there. Our mirror was damaged so we always push them inwards. We also leave glovebox empty & open and no coins or satnav apparatus laying about so minimising temptation for scum - though if they're hellbent on vandalising, not much you can really do.

I'm going to buy my gloves their own apartment. I think they've earned it.
