In this unique 2-hour workshop Susie will teach you how the breath, body and the nervous system are all connected and together they hold on to and trap our past emotional data, repressed memories and emotional trauma and keep us in old habits loops which no matter how much you try and talk yourself into changing, you just can’t seem to make it last.


Because our issues are stored in the body and NOT the mind (who knew?) and unless we learn to access the body at a deep level nothing will change - and breathwork is the key to getting you there.


Moving through our blocks in life and feeling our past from a totally different perspective. So, we understand more about our personal somatic map and reconnect with our intuition, rebuilding the connection to your body’s wisdom and higher intelligence, accessing better self-awareness and a deeper relationship with your own innate self-healing ability.
